callmaster 5 and the ring

how do you enable multiple rings on a callmaser 5 phone? for most users it rings once then flashes for the rest of the time. I have one user who needs it to ring multiple times. station setting? COS? feature related? thanks

Should be a station setting. Look for something like: "Idle/Active Ringing:" and see what is set. If it is "single" then that's your problem. Change it to "continuous" etc. Setting may be a bit different for your station type, but you should be able to find the relevant parameter in the station form. Hope this helps.
