Calling or shelling to DOS command or...

I need to open a text file which is a SATO printer command file to make it print a label.

I can make it work using this in a DOS command prompt.

copy partbag.txt LPT2:

How can I either open a DOS command and send it or something similar.
PS the DOS window needs to close after too.
