Calling Info on Shared DN

We have a common DN for our shop that rings a analog phone and we apperences of it on our 3904s. Before we changed the number we were able to see who is calling the common DN on all of our phones but now you have to answer it with the button to see the CLID info. What do I need to to program on the phones to display this info when the analog phone rings? Thanks
