calling an executable from Clipper not working in windows NT

I am using the SWPRUNCMD to launch another EXE from within a Clipper program acting as a menu program. This works great on DOS machines but fails on an NT/2000 machine. The programs work independantly on windows .. I set up a shortcut .. and everything works until I pick the menu item that launches a seperate clipper EXE then it closes the parent menu program and returns to windows.

Any/All help you can lend would be great. Thanks.
