CALLFORWARDING CLID ISSUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi to all,


I have problem in call forwarding clid.

SET A is in another location connected to central office(CO).
SET B is in connected to my pabx with PRI.SET B is callforwarded to SET C.
SET C is mobile phone.

Whenever make call from SET A to SET B(callforwarded to SETC)in SET C showing clid is SET B.Its not showing the clid of SET A.I have tried to made changes in OCLI in netdata, but nothing was happened.Whenever make change to OCLI to "NO or ALL" iam getting in SET C pilot number of pabx.If OCLI to EXT giving me clid of SET B in SET C.
Can any one give advice regarding this.....?

clid infor is not going to carry throughout forward after forward. (!!!!!!!!!!!!)

I've not seen craddle to grave clid from originally dialed number, often a problem when used in acd call flow if a secondary acd or phantom is forwarding, it does not carry/pass the original id, usually last "hit" or forward.

I get the Caller Information of the original phone that makes the call. So in your case I see the set A information at set C.

Mine is the same way. Phone A caller ID is passed all the way through to the person that ultimately picks up the phone call.

I think I have it backwards, yes it is the go-between I don't have on fdn/xfer, not original, sorry. Alberto post your TN's.
