CallerID over Call Waiting on POT ports

Is there a way to activate CID over CWaiting? I have one AT&T Cordless phone which has this feature built in. Thank you

Cheap work around is to buy a two line analog cordless phone, plug it in to two analog ports, and set call forward on busy to the two extensions (or put both extensions in the same hunt group).
