Call #1 is put on Hold. Call #2 comes in and asks to be conferenced with another user on the IPO. The Conference button is pressed and Call #1 and Call #2 are joined. I believe that this is the way it is supposed to work. However, does anyone know a good workaround so that Call #1 is not placed into the conference?
