How do I make my Lucent Definity G3 Release software 8 to have caller name display to appear on inbound calls display on my Lucent 6416D+ and 6408 phones? I know I have XO Communications have the translations programmed at their end. My questions is how do you check the programming from the Definity side to make sure it is turned on? I also have a test lab PBX that I want to TIE from my corporate Lucent PBX to show the caller name display come in?
