We have a CS1000E Rls 7.5 HA. The 1120 IP Phones are giving odd displays for the Caller Name information.
On some phones they display the name and DN in excess of 10 Characters. On the rest if the Caller Name exceeds the 10 Characters then you only get the DN with a down arrow to see the Caller Name.

This is the weird part now.
If Key 0 is 2891 we get the arrow for Caller Names in excess of 10 Characters.
On the same phone if I change the Key 0 to 4500 we don't get the arrow and we get the Caller Name with the Called DN

Some help please.

Thanks
Jesse

Have you checked the name display details for each of the names in LD 95?. It is a long shot, but there might have been some differences in the XPLN when the name was provided for each extension. i.e.
