Caller ID

I am having a problem when I call from my call manager phone system to an AT&T cell phone. No caller id information ever makes it to the cell phone. If I call the same number from a pots line (not through the phone system) I get caller id. If I call a different cell phone from the phone system I get caller id. Has anyone ever seen something like this?

CallerID needs to be supported on your trunk or it will show up as "unavailable". For instance I've see a T1 CAS circuit that did this feature but when it was replaced by a PRI it provided name and number delivery.
