Have you gone into the sets where the lines ring, under telco features, feature assignment and turned on CID per line? After that in the same menu, set called ID to yes to see the CID before answer.

If you have software version 6.1 or higher you can program caller ID to auto display at any extension on which the lines Appear & Ring. Look under Terminals & Sets/Telco Features/Feature Assign. Then allow caller ID for each line that Appears & Rings. Also look under Terminals & Sets/Telco Features and change 1st Display from Name to Number.
If you have any software version lower than 6.1 you can only get caller ID to auto display at one extension per line. All others can use F811 to see caller ID before answering a call. Caller ID should display to any phone after answering a call.
