Pardon for my Englis...
Already I have a callerId programmed, but now I need that the operator attends to the telephonic call and speaks across the modem.
If they can give me information estare been grateful.

I want to program an application that allows me to assist a phone call and to speak for the connected microphone to the modem

Take a look at Skype, or Yahoo phone. These already exist. Skype can be used as a DLL to integrate in your application.
