Hello,
I have a F9600 PBX with FT24DS phones on it. In one unit I put the same line appearence on about 7 phones. When this line rings the caller ID only shows up on one of the phones. Shouldn't it show on all phones???

No, it only shows up on the the phone that is the primary line. If the line is a virtual line it will only show on the first phone that was programmed. This is only when the line is ringing. After the callmis answered. then the caller id shows. On virtual lines, to see which is the primary phone for that line use the DIS STSV command. This will show all the phones that have the virtual line assigned. The first one is the primary phone.

CHA SVP,2,205,3 will give you caller info on 3 additional phones. This is the max.
