We have a Definity G3, and have just recently been acquired by a new company in a buy-out. My question is that when someone from the office dials a worker at home it is showing "Old Company Name" on the home worker's Caller ID. Where do Igo & what commands do I use to change this so that "New Company Name" will show up on the caller ID of outbound calls. Thanks for any assistance anyone can provide.

You would contact your local service provider(SBC, Pacbell, Bellsouth, Ameritech, Verizon, etc) and request that the name be changed to the new name. There is usually some amount of paperwork involved in most cases.
