I have just been called on as an consultant for and clinic that has a Meridian Norstar, I believe its a option 81 but I do not know the codes to find out what version. The doctor is paying for caller ID they don't get it. How do you find out the correct version of the PBX and if any one may be familiar with this option how do you enable if possible Caller ID??

I doubt that it is an Option 81 in a doctors office, it may be a Norstar, put this in the Norstar forum as this is the PBX Forum.

A norstar is a Key System
Nortel meridian System here is the PBX Systems.
(Meridian) is the Family name of all Nortel Systems. Meridian it self is not a system.
These are all Nortel Meridian (Family) of Systems
Norstar forum is #799 Key Systems

BCM Forum is #1361 The new Nortel System BCM
