I've been getting mixed responses from suppliers.

I'm preparing a quote for a new system, so I can use whatever software i'm told i should use.

The Big Question : Customer has 6 Analog DID Lines. Apparently the telco DOES send caller-id information with these calls, but does the meridian pass it on ?

I seem to remember doing a similar install years ago, and was told I can't get Caller-id with Analog DID Lines, I needed a PRI.

Thanks for any and all input!

Nope is the answer
Here is the extract from the handbook

* Routes calls from the public network directly to sets, bypassing an attendant,reducing traffic to the Central Answering Position (CAP)
* Provide Disconnect Supervision
* Does not support CMS/CLASS services
* Provides access for up to four CO lines
* Compatible with the Modular ICS Fiber Trunk Module and the Modular 8x24 Copper Trunk Module.

Thanks Guys for the speedy answers !

Always really appreciated !
