CALLER ID & VUSTATS

I have caller ID coming over ISDN t1s, to a Definity G3si v12 switch. The agents use 6416D+M phones and have vustats up
when logged in to their hunt group. Is there a way to override vustats and allow the caller ID info to display and then go back to vustats,without using a programmed button? More of an automated function.

As far as I know a1pickle, the VU button overides the display. You would have to use the VU Stats between or after calls.
