I currently have EC500 running on multivantage 12.X The EC500 works well delivering the Caller ID of the DID in the office to the telephone, with ease. Is there a way to have the ID of the caller loop to the cell phone as well? So that if a client calls I know how to greet the call using EC500.

I'm not sure what you're looking for?

Is the PBX not passing the incoming caller ID from your desk set to your telephone?

Mine sends either the 10 digit number, 3 digit TAC or 4 digit extension to my cell....

Im looking to have the Caller ID of the caller. So the PBX currently is only passing the Id to my desk phone. My cell is getting the ID of my desk and not the outside caller.

So 123-111-2222 Calls my did EC500 then alerts my cell with the ID of the PBX and not the original caller.

Whew! To many c's :)

This is how mine works now and I didn't have to do anything special to make it work. However, the outbound "bridged" call to your cell phone needs to go out on a PRI ISDN circuit so the switch can send the number on the ISDN D channel. It's been working like this on mine for a couple years.

If you don't have ISDN service, you're not going to be able to do it.

EC500 Issue. I have set up EC500 with Sprint Integrated Services so I can call the 5 digit ext. What I would like to do is to call from my Sprint phone to another LAN line and get the 7 digit ext off my PBX. Is this possible?
