Caller ID question

Hi all

I have analog trunks (COT) coming from telecoms company to my system (CS1000M rel. 4).

And I have billing system connected to my system But If i want to see which number called me in the billing system I couldn't , I only got route member.

Is there any way to resolve this issue allowing me to see the number for called one.

Analog trunk on a CS 1000 does not have the capability of retrieving incoming calling number/name. You would need to upgrade to a digital (PRI) trunk.
