Caller ID problems

We're using a audiocodes 2000 connected to our G3 using RBS.
Obviously we're losing all our caller ID info on inbound calls. We Tried to configure ISDN to the GW without success.We kept getting a "off hook". Anybody have any ideas? Hopefully?
