Caller ID over PRI Trunk Between Cisco Call Manager and Avaya IP Office ver. 9x

I have an Avaya IP Office ver. 9.1.X with a PRI trunk over a WAN connection communicating with a Cisco Call Manager, currently I am getting extension and Name from the Cisco Call Manager but they only get Extension from my Avaya system, the Short Code I am currently using is 8NSE. Does anyone know what the short code for displaying extension and Name associated with extension is for outbound in my scenario? Thank you.
 
So is it a PRI or an IP link? name and number display work a little differently on all of it.
 
DMS100 or NI2
theoretically the NI2 will not send names out so change it and check on the "send names" option

DS3 Between 2 sites, call manager on one end with gateway, Cisco Router on my end with a PRI handoff to my Avaya via CTRL card. I have a Line group for all 8XXX extensions to route out that PRI. All calls hit their destination both ways, extension is visible to them but I am looking to get name information across as well.
