I have an Avaya IP Office ver. 9.1.X with a PRI trunk over a WAN connection communicating with a Cisco Call Manager, currently I am getting extension and Name from the Cisco Call Manager but they only get Extension from my Avaya system, the Short Code I am currently using is 8NSE. Does anyone know what the short code for displaying extension and Name associated with extension is for outbound in my scenario? Thank you.
