caller ID over PRI/isdn

I need to double check my setting with someone for 2 different situation.

1. sending from sta type 8410D to a PRI/ISDN out to another pbx. They are set to recieve Name and number but only get number.
They want to see name as well as number.

2. recieving inbound call from 1 location over a pri/isdn T1 and sending it out over a pri/isdn T1 to another PBX. We are just a tandom for this.

By another PBX do you mean Avaya to non Avaya? If so you need QSIG to do this. If you mean Avaya to Avaya you need to set up DCS.
