Caller ID on outgoing calls shows "Private Number" on 9620L IPO R8 1

Is there a special setting in the 9620L that would send "Private number" on SIP trunks.
All the other sets(1616,1608) send the proper caller ID over SIP, populated in the SIP tab but the 9620L shows "private number" even if "anonymous" is not checked in the SIP tab.

I compared both sets programming and they look the same.

I don't think it's the phone, log one of the 1600's in as that extn/user and then test

Finally it's seems to be a bug in IPO.I logged in with one of the user that was working(1608) and the outgoing caller ID did work from the set.I compared the 2 users and they were the same.
I deleted all 5 users affected by the issue and re-created them with same settings and they are all work goog now.
I will add few more 9620L soon so i'll see if the user has to be deleted/re-created after initial registration.
