Under T&S, I cannot access Telco Features when there is no lines assigned to the phones....Therefore I cannot change CID from displaying name first instead of number without using Feature 811........Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated????
You must have line set to appear and ring if you want caller id to show up on incoming calls, otherwise it will only show after answered, unless you f811.
i've figured it out, thanks for all your help....I had to assign the lines to all the extensions and turn caller id name on then remove the line programming.....
