Caller ID Not Logging on sets using Hunt Groups

Set up a hunt group for several DN's and I noticed that now the button I programmed for Call Log is no longer logging the calls when I had the lines set for RING. Any reason for that? I have set up Hunt groups before and the log has worked in the past. I have the sets set to display CID, which is does, and I have 25 logs assigned to each set.

No such thing as a button logging calls.


As for hunt groups is the call being transferred from AA to the HG or rings directly to an HG?

Have you tried "log AA calls" option?.
