Caller ID Name on CM5.0

To get caller id name to display on a CM5.0 S8500 using 6408D+ and 2420 sets, do the PRi circuits need to be NI2 or ATT (Custom)?

NI2, and, you have to order "Caller ID NAME" service from your PRI provider.
