After adding the Caller ID name & number resolution (CNAM) svc to my local PRI's from AT&T, I found that it only works when the incoming caller dials the main BTN and is transferred from there...but when one simply dials a
DID directly, only the number is displayed.
AT&T is claiming that we need to set our equipment to accept the cnam from the different stations.????
I have a Definity G3si 11 and phones are 6408D+, 6416D+, and 2422.
