Caller ID Issue

Hi all,

I have connected two analog trunk lines to MM714B module with Caller ID.But I'm not getting Caller ID from one of the Line.Its working fine if I connected directly to an analog phone with Caller ID.Both of the lines are at the same Trunk Group.The particular line is not working on any of the ports,even at the working line port.

Its an URGENT request, any help would be appreciated.

Have you tried an MM711? Just an idea.

i haven't tried with a MM711.

why not try swapping the ports the lines are connected to and see if the fault follows the line or stays on the port on the card.
