I have 23 Definity G3si that I remote administer. They want incomming caller ID on all. Some locations works perfect, others it don't. We replaced TN747B with TN429D c-packs. the ones that do not work have disp-sys-par-cust-options incomming caller id to N and my CRAFT will not let me do cha-sys-par-cust-options. What should I do . I was told only an INIT could fix it??
Thanks
Jack

First must be changed with Avaya services "init" login:
Code:
display system-parameters customer-options Page 1 of 4

Analog Trunk Incoming Call ID? y

This field will not even appear until the customer option is enabled
display trunk-group 2 Page 2 of 11

How do I enable incomming caler id on sys. I already know the bellcore in trunk group (form). AVAYA did it for free on 8 locations but they require upgrade of release software on other. Or does it just depend on who I talk to at Avaya?
thanks
