Caller ID for a transfered call CME

Hello,

We have a Cisco Unity Express Version 3.1
when the receptionist transfer a call to anyone ( transfer, destination number, transfer) the destination phone display the receptionist ID instead of the original caller number.

Any idea how to fix this.
