Caller id for a specific group of agent phones?

Very little info on what you are asking.
Incoming or outgoing.
Is it the incoming caller I'd you need to be displayed before call is answered.
Is it the oli you want to send out from an extn.
What lines do you have
What system is it
What soft ware version is it.
Set outgoing oli for the extn in line access
