Caller ID for 2400 ICS

What do I need for caller ID on a 2400ICS RDS? What type Of service do I need from my carrier. Thanks for your Help

The best way is ISDN PRI. Your switch had to be licensed for it. If you have CCIS you have it. Circuit card would be a 24PRT.

Never heard of ICS RDS ... does your PBX have cream or gray covers?

ICS was the Australian designation Is it a 110, 120, 140, 160 or 180. 110 and 120 are IVS and above that are the big system.
