We're interfacing with RightFax using a T1. We're planning on converting from the current PRI configuration to QSIG. Currently RightFax is not sending any caller id with the outbound call which the Nortel is sending to the outside world (tandem call). The number being received by the other end is the BTN for the trunk that is used. Can we attach a caller ID to all calls coming from the RightFax route that we can present to the world outside our building? They say RightFax cannot send us any caller ID. Although I doubt that I'd like to be able to provide a solution. Can we help them with some PBX manipulation?
