CallCenter reporting cannot get 90 day historical info ?

Our BCM 400 3.6 is not pulling up historical info any longer than about 90 days . The system had not done this until the last few months . corruption ? or possibly settings on the data base .

It has to do with the DST change,what is the error message you get when trying to generate a report?
