Does anyone know if there is a way for the work-code button to flash to remind agents to enter the codes? I set them up but agents are forgetting to tally their calls.
On the COR/Skill setup change them to FORCE ENTRY OF ACCOUNT CODES, this way they can't change state (aux/available/logout) without entering call work code

A call work code is used to try and document the type of calls that an agent deals with. It doesn't have anything to do with them logging in/being available/aux-work etc.
