Does anyone have a quarter, I need to make a phone call?
This is S8500 CM 2.0 with CMS 12.
I know that I can run report from CWC but it shows me only global information about quantity of calls by CWC. I need report on which I will be able to see how many call was made by agent for each CWC.
Try lo look for external Call History Feature. what you can do is just getting the feature installed on the CMS and then getting an FTP machine with MSSQL or MYSQL and doing some package to load the flat files received from the CMS.
The options provide files where all the call Segment are detailed like agent CWC(s) entered during the calls etcetc..
the full product provided by AVAYA was called Centre Vu Explorer. we test it but prefered to used our loader with a crystal report a just an SQL query to retrieve the needed information.
