Call Waiting - sort of

Hello all! I have a remote customer with a 3904 set. He wants a tone to come thru on his handset when there is another call coming in on his rollover lines. Not exactly call waiting, but I don't know what to call it. He gave me an example of an extension at his site that has this feature, and when I compared programming I found that it was the same as his (with the exception of CNIA and DNDA on the other set, and of course a difference of DNs on the first three keys). I have perused the manuals and the archives of this forum and didn't find anything that quite fit this "feature". Does anyone have any suggestions? Other than to tell the customer to open his eyes and look at the flashing light? Here is his TNB:

Change Hunt to 3420 instead of 2499 and it should solve it.
