Call Waiting on CallManager 4.0

Does any know how to disable Call waiting on call manager 4.0

It is changed using the Multiple Call / Call Waiting settings on the line.

Change the "Maximum number of calls" and "Busy Trigger" to 1. This will allow only one call on that line.

How can I make this change Globally? In other words how can I make to be defualt on all the lines
