Does anyone have a problem with Call Waiting geting turned off? We have a customer with a 406v2 and 3.0(44) software. All of their incoming call go to the main hunt group which has one member with 6 call appearance buttons and is programmed for group ringing. Call witing is turned on on both the hunt group and the user. Everything works great except once or twice a day if the attendant is on the phone all other calls cover immediately to the auto attendant. When you check it the call waiting has been turned off on the station. We have changed the default short codes to ensure that someone is not accidentally turning it off and that hasn't helped any suggestions?
