Call Wait Feature and CPND

Hi All,

A user came to me today with an issue that they want rectified. The user has a 3903 instrument, and has her two line keys Key 00, and 01 programmed as MCR 4515. When she is on a call on one line, and say another call comes in, she gets the beep indicating an incoming call but no Calling PArty Name is being displayed on her screen. So she has no choice but to just answer the call. But I noted that this works fine on a 3902 instrument. When you are on your single line and a call comes in, you get the call wait beep and also the name of who is calling is displayed. I compared a 3903 and a 3902 and looked closely at their CLS but everything seems identical. Any suggestions?

btw, if you capture the tnb's and do a file compare with any software package, you'll save yourself some headaches. with cls getting larger with each rls, the stare and compare is getting tougher
