Call transfer issue from Avaya to Cisco via H323 trunk

Call transfer is not working from Avaya to Cisco via H323 Trunk although calling is working properly from Cisco to Avaya. Also call transfer is working properly from another avaya to cisco so I have checked Both exchange the only difference in customer option file where supplementry service is in non-working Transfer call so any valuable input would be highly appreciated and Trace is below and series of Avaya and Cisco is below:
