Call Timers on 4610 - 4620 Sets

I have a customer that has 4610's and 20's Ip sets. When a call is made the call timers starts on the display and when the call end the timer keeps incrementing. Does anyone have any knowledge of this and how it may be fixed?

All of the phones are at the latest firmware 2.9. Thanks for the help.

have you checked the PCN's for your sw version?
