Call Timer

I have a couple phones in an ACD group which will not display call duration timer on phone. this goes for both key 0 for ACD or personal DN
I have verified that program #3 is enabled in the phone.

yes, some of the older rls phones have that problem, i have to check rebuilds before using them in an acd group

We have this problem too and are working to find a solution. The problem seems to revolve around key 0 being the only key that call timer will work with. So if you are using ACD you cannot use call timer. JohnPoole has mentioned that the problem may lie in the CDB...
