Call Status Issue

On a Small Office Edition 3.2.53 (that's all we have tested this on) When a user opens Call Status - it will not show any of the 54xx series sets but all other sets (analog, 44xx, 46xx) will appear in the Call Status window when those users are off-hook. Anyone have any ideas?
