I have a customer with a big 412 system, I recently upgraded from them 3.1.x to 4.2.x, it went pretty smoothly, but there is a big complaint. They have several office clusters, all users have a DID, when a user steps away from the desk, the other users will press a user button to do a directed pickup of the absent user, with the old software they could screen the caller ID by pressing the user button once and then decide if they wanted to press directedpickup, now they cannot, the display will only show "CALL:ext#" and not the CLID until the directed pickup is pressed. I understand the 'feature' they liked was engineered out at 4.0, are there any workarounds for this? Thanks.

54 Series phones with firmware 5.0, yes all external calls via a PRI.
