Call Routing

HiGuys,
System version Avaya cm5.2. Can I configure a station to use a specific route pattern no matter what number he dials. E.g station 1 makes oubound call and uses normal ars procedure and goes down standard route pattern 1. But station 2 makes a call and needs to route down a specific route pattern. This is because I have a group of agents who need to go down a specific trunk .

yes you can do that. the key word is "ars partitioning" and there's whole section of chapter 8 in administrator's guide describing how to use it.
