I have a G3si and it has been great. We use an Octel VMX system as well. Recently, incoming calls have not been reaching the auto attendant mailbox and customers have just been hearing a ringing line. I've looked at trunk issues and the only thing that i have seen there is two ports listed as disconnected. I call the number assigned to those ports and it hits the greeting fine but others call and, no answer. I've looked at a few areas but am getting lost. If you have a thought, please reply. I am fairly new to this so please keep it simple.

Busy and release the ports that are disconnected. If you don't have the permissions to busy and release, then do 'change trunk xx' and remove the ports and enter that, then put them back in using the same command.

orypecos Thanx, I'm in the software now and will look at that
