Does anyone know of a solution in the market that can do this:

I need to be able to have a bridged appearance on multiple user phones. This bridged appearance extension will not be assigned as the main number of a physical phone. I need to be able to have this bridged appearance extension recorded no matter what users goes off hook on it, but the users main extension is not to be recorded. Is this a possible scenario?

I do not think this can be done in this way

acss sme acis sme acss cm 5.2.1 acss cm and cmm acss aura messaging.

There are a few methods of call recording in CM.

Service observe - with feature code on a phone that has permissions to do it, and key in the extension of the phone. Recording solutions can use that.
Single Step Conference basically has a CTI app perform a conference from the phone to be recorded to a hunt group of recording ports.

Split Registration - basically lets multiple instances of an extension register and all can get the RTP

So, if you set it up on the station that X users have a bridged appearance of, it should be able to get just the bridged appearance and not the normal station calls.

Depending on how you handle calls though, I don't know if you can have multiple calls on 1234 and multiple people with multiple appearances taking those multiple calls on 1234 ad record all of em.

You know, they could just be call center agents instead, and instead of 1234 being bridged appearances, it can be a hunt group that goes to those agents. Would probably be cleaner... Though I'm guessing you probably have an application where you'd want the calls to 1234 to be recorded and care more about the call than the agent who answered it. To say, I've never heard of a call recording solution similar to what you're looking for in the context of being able to record multiple calls at once off a single license, if you get what I mean...
