First time, long time.
I'm running Voicemail Pro in tandem with an IP412 and I've encountered a really strange problem that started about 2 weeks ago. I was getting complaints that calls coming in through the PRI we're dead silent or extremely distorted. What I discovered was that inbound/outbound calls that were set to mandatory recording was the problem. Once I disabled recording, the calls were fine. I can do ext to ext calls with no problem. However, Im not sure those types of calls record at all.
This all started happening after I received complaints that calls over our SCN's were getting broken up. I've noticed round trip delays of up to 3000ms, 30ms jitter, and sometimes severe packet loss. 30% and up.
I have no idea if these problems are related. Here's a list of troubleshooting that I've already performed with IPO
Specs:
Voicemail Pro 5.0.23.0
12 VM Ports
OS: Windows XP Pro SP3 (Virtual host on VMware Esxi 5.1)
IP412 5.0.26
Dual PRI trunk card
VCM30
