call recording on external transfer

Need to record an incoming call which is forwarded to an external number.

In ICR, desitnation is set to *66 where *66 is

*66
Dial
0234565767
11 (PRI outgoing id)

Voice recording is on for this ICR.

Calls are forwarded to 0234565767 fine but they don't show up on Contact Store. In system status, it shows one VM channel is consumed when an incoming call is connected to this forwarded external number.

Also, instead using a short code, I tried putting an extension in ICR destination and use unconditional forwarding on extension and set voice recording on for this extension , still no success..
